Dr. Paula Nisbett, Ph.D, CEO, SHRM-CP, HR & Industrial and Organizational Psychology Consultant

Dr. Paula Nisbett is a New York native and a graduate of Manhattanville College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management (Human Resources Management concentration) and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development.  She recently received a Doctorate degree in General Psychology with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.  Paula is passionate about learning and acquiring the necessary skills and tools to provide exceptional and effective service to various communities in New York.  Her 15+ year career in human resources has allowed her to establish relationships with local County governments, municipalities, and organizations. Throughout her career, she has managed a full spectrum of human resources programs, services, administrative duties, benefits, and functions and is known for developing programs, processes, and projects to enhance productivity and performance.

Paula is also an avid volunteer and cherishes the opportunity to be a positive influence in people’s lives. Her partnerships with local church organizations have allowed her to interact, inspire and build friendships with children and adults of all ages.
